Cooperative Agreement Management
We specialize in extramural awards, with an emphasis on the full lifecycle of Cooperative Agreements. Pre-award, we help programs strengthen recipient guidance and NOFOs, lead Technical Review Panels, assist with applicant selection, and align funding decisions with program intent and OFR requirements. During the life of a project, we provide targeted, collaborative, and customized technical assistance to recipients whether it is to build capacity, strengthen systems, or advise on Prior Approval Actions. Post-award, we assist recipients with timely submission of all required programmatic and financial reports, review final progress reports, and analyze the impact of our funding.
